Online Bill Payment is the safe and wasy way to pay your bills. New users, all you need to do is log onto the Pipeline Home Banking site and select Bill Pay icon to review the terms and conditions page, confirm your acceptance and then enter all the information for the bill payments you wish to take place in the future. If you are enrolling in Home Banking for the first time.....
You need to Create a Password and User ID.
Enter your Member Number as the User ID and then the last 4 digits of your SSN as the Password to begin the enrollment process.
You will then be asked to establish your new password and then your user ID.
You must first enter your Member Account Number as your user ID, which is no more than 5 digits ending in zero. Next enter Password (Last 4 Digits of SSN)
Now Create a New Password
Your new password must meet the following criteria:
A. Password must be between 8 and 30 characters.
B. Password must use 3 of the following 4 character sets:
1. Upper Case Letters (A-Z)
2. Lower Case Letters (a-z)
3. Numbers (0-9)
4. Special Characters , . ? ~ ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) + _ space
(Note: Password cannot end with a ‘space'.)
Create a New User ID
User ID Guidelines:
1. User ID must be at least 6 characters (maximum 20)
2. User ID must contain letters (A-Z or a-z) and numbers (0-9) only
3. User ID must contain at least one letter and at least one number
4. Letters in User ID are case sensitive
Avoid Passwords that are easily guessed. Make sure your Password is unique, but
something you will remember.
New User ID and New Password are displayed on the screen for your to make note.
The next time you log in
Now you will Create Security Questions and Answers.

Set up Security Questions and Sign on Phrase
Select and answer three security questions along with creating a unique sign-on
phrase. The security questions will help better identify you and reduce the risk of
fraud on your account. The Sign-On Phrase will allow you to know you are
signing-on to a secure server.
Register Your Computer?
Register computers that you commonly use to access your financial information.
If you are on a public computer that is used by people you don't know, such as a
library, we recommend that you Do Not register the computer. You will be able
to sign-on to any PC using the security questions that you previously answered.
If you forget your Password, click on the ‘Forget Your Password?...Click Here' and have it emailed to you at the email address you have on file at the Credit Union. If no email address on file contact the Credit Union for assistance.
