PIN/Password Issues:
1) If you are using the Pipeline Telephone Transaction service, the PIN/Password does not have to be same for the online Pipeline Banking.
2) Never give your PIN/Password to ANYONE, and do not write it in a place that can be easily accessed.
3) Avoid PIN/Password's that are easily guessed (like 1234, the last four digits of your phone number, Social Security Number, or consecutive numbers). Make sure your PIN/Password truly is unique, but something you will remember.
4) If you forget your PIN/Password, contact the Credit Union for assistance.
Security Issues: For your protection, please be sure to completely exit your internet browser after using Pipeline Online Banking.
Note regarding Your PIN/Password: If you have not logged on to your Pipeline Banking account in three months or more, you will be requested to log on again using your Social Security Number as your PIN/Password. To prevent the timeout of your password, we encourage you to log on to Pipeline Banking each month, so that your PIN/Password remains active. If you have any questions, please contact us at (651) 227-0771.
