Calling Pipeline Transactions at 1-877-478-3693 (toll-free), 24 hours a day, every day you are able to:
- Transfers funds and monitor account balances.
- Withdraw money or have a check mailed to your home.
- Report a lost of stolen credit or debit card.
- Leave a message for one of our staff to call you.
Tips when calling for the first time:
- Enter your account number (which is no more than 5 digits ending in zero) and Social Security Number.
- Next choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN) between 4 and 10 digits as your telephone password.
- After you have entered and re-entered your PIN you can access your accounts. When you call in the future, enter your account number and the PIN you selected. If you prefer online access your accounts authorize Pipeline online banking for your account.
