You can call Pipeline Transactions at 1-877-478-3693 toll-free 24 hours per day, seven day per week from any touch-tone phone to:
- Transfer funds
- Check on account balances
- Withdraw money and have a check sent to you
- Report lost or stolen credit card or debit card
- Leave a message for a staff member to call you back
Here are the steps to use when calling for the first time:
- You will be asked to enter your account number and social security number (your account is no more than 5 digits ending in zero)
- You will then be asked to choose a Personal Identification Number that will be used as a password when accessing the Pipeline. This PIN can be from four to ten digits long.
- After you have entered and re-entered your PIN you can start using the system to access your accounts.
- When you call in the future, you will begin by entering your account number and PIN.
